Helpful Cooking Hints
BBQing with Sauce
When barbequing with any type of BBQ sauce, be careful with the flame coming in contact with your meat.
Most sauces have sugar in them and will burn when the flames come in contact. So if you can, raise the grill or turn the meat more often.

Double your Flavor
A nice, easy and tasteful way of cooking is to grill your meat for a while and then finish in the oven.
Sandwich Slices
When cooking any type of roast or meat to slice for sandwiches, it is better to undercook the meat a bit.
Let the meat completely cool in the fridge. Then slice when completely cooled. If you try to slice when hot it will most likely shred instead of slice. If you cook through completely, the meat will crumble, instead of getting slices.
